President Ron Patten, KG6HSQ, called the meeting to order at 1501 hrs.
The pledge of allegiance was conducted by Ron, KG6HSQ.

Ron, KG6HSQ, reported that there was a Scout Hut power outage at 1430 hrs before the
meeting. Internet reset and was up, but the audio amplifier for incoming remote audio has died.
Zoom attendees should put any comments and questions in chat
Ron, KG6HSQ, provided a pre-brief of the Avocado Festival. He showed the vendor
documentation, which will be sent to the members working the festival. The club will man an
info booth on Fallbrook Street. Ron described the odd/even booth entry and arrangement.
Parking and shuttles will be provided at Fallbrook High School and Frazier Elementary School.
The last Chamber meeting will be on next Wednesday. Members working the event will receive
a roster and assignments next week. The club will have its own booth in the Wells Fargo Bank
parking lot.
Ron, KG6HSQ, announced the second annual Wildfire Symposium held at Fallbrook High
School. Presentations will be made by major Fire and Law Enforcement participants. FARC will
have a table at the event. Local water agencies will present how water is managed differently
from how it was done in Los Angeles.
Ron, KG6HSQ, recognized guests Joe Rogers, AK6GJ, Jeanne Lavole, and new member Ken
Dealy, K6CED.
Ron, KG6HSQ, highlighted features of the FARC website (fallbrookarc.org). These included
links to the Alert California and HPWREN camera systems. New features of the HPWREN
website include information on weather and earthquakes. Other resources on the website include
links to aircraft data on flightracker24 and airplanes.live, the Sheriff’s incident log, and
CALFIRE historical fire information.
President Ron Patten, KG6HSQ, adjourned that meeting at 1601 hrs.
