President Ron Patten, KG6HSQ, called the meeting to order at 1500 hrs.

The pledge of allegiance was conducted by Ron, KG6HSQ.

Ron, KG6HSQ, added that next month bills for web hosting, Zoom and domain registration will
come due.

Ron, KG6HSQ, reported that on Friday, February 28, there was a fire in De Luz close to the trail
head. The fire was surrounded quickly and burned 0.4 acres. At 2 AM on that night another fire
broke out at the De Luz Road / Sandia Creek Road split. These were not connected to the recent
arson fires on Mt. Palomar.

Hayden, KG6YVD, measured last night’s rain at 0.9 inch at his QTH.

Ron, KG6HSQ, tracked a fire on the Camp Pendleton golf course and in the course of this
discovered new Alert California cameras, but fixed and PTZ, on San Marcos Mountain.

Hayden, KG6YVD, reported that the automated smoke detection on these cameras has been
reporting lot of false positives.

Ron, KG6HSQ, gave a presentation on TAK, Team Awareness Kit. This software allows the
integration of data from multiple sources for map display on an Android, iOS or Windows
devices. Ron is running an TAK server and has integrated information from Pulse Point, aprs.fi.
airplane.live, CHP CAD, and Waze on Google Maps. He hopes to add State and Fed fire
perimeter information.
