President Ron Patten, KG6HSQ, called the virtual Zoom meeting to order at 1504 hrs.

A pledge of allegiance was conducted by Jon, K6QVA.

Ron, reported that we have two upcoming expenses. One is our post office box rental and the second is a new 2 meter antenna for the Red Mountain repeater. We have been operating on a temporary receive antenna. The new antenna is on order and will cost about $800.

John Landry and Capt. Mike Kenny returned from the USS Midway Speakers Bureau to present The Battle of the Coral Sea. The USS Midway was the longest serving aircraft carrier at 45 years. The Battle of the Coral Sea on May 4-8, 1942 was the first naval battle where there was no visual contact between aircraft carriers. John gave a very detailed and thorough presentation of the battle.
